As Manager Technology at Holyoake, you will be part of our senior leadership team and will work with all of our teams across multiple sites in Western Australia. This role will provide you with opportunities to lead internal projects, and work closely with external IT support to strengthen existing practices. You will stay abreast of advancements in digital technology and look for opportunities to use technology to enhance the ways we work and the services we offer.
About the role
- You will work with senior stakeholders on best practice opportunities in IT use including responsible use of AI.
- You will lead technology-enabled improvement projects, ensuring changes are well planned, appropriately governed and adopted by users.
- You will act as Holyoake’s primary internal contact for IT operations, service quality, technology assets and user experience.
- You will be the main contact between Holyoake and the organisation’s external IT support provider.
- You will oversee the distribution and maintenance of IT equipment including laptops, phones, and other computer equipment.
- You will monitor common IT issues and trends, identify causes and provide expert advice on solutions.
This is a permanent, full-time position of 37.5 hours per week. The role is based at our Victoria Park office, with the flexibility to work from home and other Holyoake locations.
About you
- You hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business Systems, Digital Transformation, Cyber Security, Project Management or a related discipline, or have extensive experience in these fields.
- You have demonstrated experience forming and maintaining partnerships with external stakeholders and being the first point of contact for internal IT issues.
- You have demonstrated experience in managing IT implementation projects and supporting end users post implementation.
- You can demonstrate a specialist knowledge of growing IT trends and best practice, including the influence and impact of AI on organisations.
- You have excellent organisation and interpersonal skills.
- You have a demonstrated ability for quick, reliable and effective problem solving and an ability to convey complex information to stakeholders.
- You work autonomously when needed and value being part of a strong, connected team.
- You hold or can obtain a current National Police Clearance.
