The role
Accountable for the successful end to end delivery of complex digital and cloud projects within a professional services environment.
Lead cross functional professional services delivery teams, to deliver complex digital initiatives including cloud, infrastructure modernisation, migration and transformation programs.
Operate as a senior delivery leader, trusted by executive and customer stakeholders to ensure programs and projects are delivered in time and on budget.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end professional services engagements, leveraging your expertise across som of the following areas; Cloud, Data & AI, Business Applications, and Digital Transformation.
- These projects can range from 1-2mth engagements through to complex, multi stream and phased roadmap of initiatives.
- Own accountability for delivery outcomes across assigned digital projects, ensuring contractual, commercial, and customer objectives are met.
- Take full ownership of project financial performance, including budget baselining, forecasting, earned value tracking, and margin protection.
- Manage senior client stakeholders with confidence, setting expectations clearly and communicating impacts, trade-offs and decisions transparently.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum ten years' experience in Project Management, with around five years' operating at a senior level.
- Experience delivering Infrastructure, cloud or digital projects within a Professional Services, IT consulting, or outsourced delivery environment.
- Experience operating within fast paced, high concurrent project volume environments within billable, margin driven delivery models.
- Confident, credible leader with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and executives.
- Highly proactive, outcomes driven and comfortable making decisions in complex environments.
With a major project due to commence shortly, we are ideally seeking candidates who can start immediately or within a two-week notice period.
