In this Service Designer role, you will shape user-centred services across FEIT workshops and makerspaces. You will map journeys, co-design processes and embed safety, accessibility and continuous improvement into practical learning. You will collaborate with academics, technical staff and infrastructure leaders to turn service concepts into operational reality.

You will join the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology’s Infrastructure Team, supporting world-class teaching and research spaces. The Workshop, Makerspaces and Engagement team enables safe, high-quality, hands-on learning through technical environments and strong support . You will work with academics, technical experts and service specialists to shape scalable, user-centred services. Together, you will contribute to a forward-looking faculty committed to impactful, inclusive engineering and IT.
