We are seeking a new Accounts Payable (AP) Officer to join our Accounts Payable (AP) team, full time in our National Office located in Bundall on the beautiful Gold Coast - Residential Aged Care Providers Australia | Infinite Age Care (infin8care.com.au)
Our National Office is the HUB for supporting our Aged Care Homes across Australia and our AP & AR team play an integral part within our organisation. Now is such an exciting time to join Infinite Care, as we continue to grow the organisation, we need really good people to support our teams on the ground.
The Accounts Payable Officer plays a key role in ensuring that all suppliers are paid in accordance with contracts.
Working as part of this integral team, you will be responsible for:

Processing payments & invoices.

Creating payment runs on time.

Review payment runs.
-
Respond to supplier queries.
-
Process & pay staff reimbursement.
-
Provide ad hoc reports & information as required.
