Casual Pizza Cook – Brewery Restaurant | Rozelle
Wednesday to Sunday
We’re looking for a reliable and passionate Pizza Cook to join our Brewery Restaurant in Rozelle. You’ll play an integral role in delivering high-quality food and keeping the kitchen running smoothly in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Preparing and cooking pizzas to a consistently high standard.
- Assisting with the preparation of other menu items as required.
- Monitoring stock levels and communicating ordering needs.
- Ensuring all food is prepared, stored, and presented to quality and safety standards.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen workspace.
- Assisting with stock rotation, deliveries, and general kitchen duties.
- Working closely with the kitchen team to deliver great service during busy periods.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience working in a pizza kitchen or fast-paced kitchen environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in food quality.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the business.
