Are you looking for a role with a values-driven, for-purpose organisation where you can make a real difference for young people in our community? Use your community services leadership experience to guide a team delivering intake, assessment, brief intervention, and planned support, including housing goals and tenancy skills for young people.
This position manages the effective operations of a 24/7, temporary supported accommodation for up to 22 young people aged 16-25 and leads a team of youth workers providing young people with tenancy and living skills, and planned support to ensure their housing and other goals are identified and met.
You’ll be a great candidate for this role if you:

Have a tertiary qualification in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Social Sciences or comparable qualification OR substantial demonstrated experience in similar service delivery.
- Can demonstrate leadership in community services, guiding teams to deliver high-quality, youth-focused support while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Have proven experience delivering youth programs, monitoring KPIs, managing operational risks, and achieving outcomes aligned with service agreements, funding requirements, and organisational priorities.
- Are skilled in building strong networks and collaborative partnerships with external providers, stakeholders, and community organisations to enhance service access, integration, and outcomes for young people.
- Have strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, coordinate complex workloads, and ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
- Can demonstrate highly developed communication skills, with the ability to work independently, use sound judgement, and make informed decisions while maintaining clear, professional written and verbal communication.
