Monadelphous Goldfields is seeking experienced Mechanical / Structural Supervisors to join a major site-wide tank replacement and structural remediation campaign at Murrin Murrin Operations, near Leonora, WA.

As a Mechanical / Structural Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating site crews across a range of maintenance and project works including:

Structural steel fabrication and replacement
-
Tank refurbishment and replacement programs
-
Handrail and grating replacement
-
Launder refurbishment works
-
Small projects and shutdown activities
-
Ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality project execution
-
Coordinating day-to-day work activities and site resources
-
Driving a strong safety culture across crews and work fronts
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

Previous experience supervising mechanical, structural or maintenance crews within mining, construction, heavy industrial or major project environments

Strong leadership and team management capability
-
Proven commitment to safety, quality and productivity

Ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders and workforce teams
-
Experience coordinating daily work schedules and project deliverables
-
Current Driver's Licence

Section 26 (S26) qualification or willingness to obtain
