We’re looking for an in-house Customer Service Representative who understands the value of top-notch service and is passionate about supporting our trades teams
About The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them book services. CSRs are the primary customer contact, shaping first impressions, handling inquiries, booking appointments, and conducting follow-ups. Your role is crucial for setting a professional tone and converting inquiries into booked appointments.
Duties
- Respond to incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries from clients, providing friendly and knowledgeable service.
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments, ensuring efficient use of technician time and resources.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and job details in our CRM.
Bring ownership and your expertise to this hands-on role where you will work collaboratively with a team that strives for excellence.
Experience:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a trade or service-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of plumbing terminology is a plus (we’ll train you if not!).
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine interest in helping others.
