Infinite Jewels is a growing Australian jewellery brand offering premium waterproof, hypoallergenic jewellery, including stainless steel, sterling silver and 14–18K gold pieces. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, confident and passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience while helping us grow our brand.
The Role
As a Retail Sales Assistant, you’ll be the face of Infinite Jewels, helping customers find jewellery they love while maintaining our premium kiosk presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with a warm, genuine approach.
- Build rapport and provide personalised styling advice.
- Meet individual and team sales targets.
- Process sales using our POS system.
- Keep the kiosk clean, organised and beautifully presented.
- Restock and merchandise products throughout the day.
- Learn our collections and confidently explain product features and care.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Help create a memorable shopping experience that encourages repeat customers.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
- Friendly, confident and approachable personality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Passion for jewellery, fashion and styling.
- Reliable, motivated and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Well-presented with a professional appearance.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Availability
We’re looking for someone with flexibility to work weekdays and weekends, with availability for late-night Thursday trading being highly regarded.
We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us. The position will begin as casual, with the potential to transition into a permanent part-time or full-time role based on performance and business needs.
