What you’ll be doing in this role?
The Learning and Capability Specialist is the principal delivery and adoption role within our Talent and Capability team. You will facilitate organisation-wide learning programs, develop practical resources and online content, and help leaders and employees apply new tools, behaviours and ways of working. You will work across in-person, virtual, blended and multi-site environments, adapting delivery to different audiences while maintaining the approved learning intent and enterprise approach.
Your work will include:
- Facilitate engaging and inclusive organisation-wide learning across in-person, virtual, blended and multi-site environments.
- Develop and improve facilitator guides, presentations, participant resources, online content and workplace reinforcement materials.
- Support leaders and employees to embed learning through coaching, follow-up, local engagement and practical reinforcement.
- Use learner feedback, evaluation results and delivery insights to improve content, communications and implementation support.
What you'll need:
- A current Australian-issued driver’s licence.
- A current Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one before commencement.
What we’re looking for:
- Demonstrated experience delivering learning, development or capability initiatives in a complex or multi-site environment.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills across in-person, virtual and blended learning environments.
- Sound application of adult learning principles, with the ability to translate approved content into practical learning experiences and develop facilitator materials, participant resources and digital or online content.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, planning and organisational skills, including the ability to manage questions, resistance and competing priorities constructively.
- A relevant tertiary qualification and/or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment will be highly regarded and/or willing to obtain.
