About Flashh:
Flashh is a growing and established men’s and women’s fashion retailer with three busy stores across Western and South-Western Sydney and we also run casual leasing in different shopping center all over Sydney.

We are looking for an experienced, energetic and commercially focused Retail Manager to lead our stores, with a particular focus on our high-volume Bonnyrigg store.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands retail, loves menswear, ladieswear and knows how to motivate a team while delivering strong sales and exceptional customer service.
About the Role
As Retail Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day performance and operations of our stores, working closely with store teams to achieve sales targets, maintain high visual merchandising standards and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
The role will have a strong focus on Bonnyrigg, while also supporting and overseeing the Minto and Stanhope Gardens locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop retail staff across all stores.
- Take primary responsibility for the performance of the busy Bonnyrigg store.
- Drive sales, profitability and achievement of monthly and annual targets.
- Monitor store KPIs, sales performance and staff productivity.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and improve store performance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customers receive a positive shopping experience.
- Coach staff in selling techniques, product knowledge, customer service and conversion.
- Manage staff rosters, attendance, leave and day-to-day staffing requirements.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
- Ensure stock is accurately managed, replenished and presented effectively.
- Monitor stock levels, stock movements and loss prevention.
- Work with management on promotions, product launches and sales campaigns.
- Ensure stores follow company policies, procedures and operational standards.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints and escalated customer service matters professionally.
- Regularly visit and support all three store locations.
- Identify opportunities to improve operations, sales and customer engagement.
- Lead by example and be actively involved on the shop floor.
About You
We are looking for a confident and results-driven retail professional who can take ownership and make a real difference to the performance of our stores.
You will ideally have:
- Proven experience as a Retail Manager, Store Manager or Senior Retail Supervisor.
- Experience managing a busy, high-volume retail environment.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of retail KPIs.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Experience with rostering, stock management and retail operations.
- A positive, energetic and hands-on approach.
- A passion for men’s fashion and retail.
- The confidence to manage challenging situations and make decisions.
- Flexibility to work across three store locations when required.
- A current Australian working-rights status.
