Carrying out on-site building maintenance and repairs (including doors, painting, plumbing, fixtures, and general building works)

Conducting routine inspections and proactively resolving facility issues

Responding to maintenance requests and prioritising work in collaboration with key stakeholders

Sourcing materials and managing day-to-day resource usage

Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with compliance standards and service agreements

Supporting continuous improvement of maintenance processes and site reliability

Australian Citizenship is essential

Willingness to undergo and obtain security clearance

A trade qualification in a relevant area (plumbing, carpentry, plastering, electrical, etc.)

Proven experience in building maintenance with multi-skill capabilities (e.g. HVAC, fixtures, repairs)

Confidence using material handling equipment

Excellent time management, communication, and conflict-resolution skills

Experience supervising contractors and delegating maintenance tasks effectively

Solid computer literacy (Microsoft Office)

Current Forklift, EWP, and/or Overhead Crane licence(s)

Yellow Card certification and Air Conditioning (Refrigerant Handling) qualifications

SAP experience (desirable)
