Duties and Responsibilities
Analyse, develop, configure and maintain the organisation's network infrastructure, computer systems, servers and communication technologies to ensure reliable and secure business operations.
Monitor network performance, traffic, capacity and system availability, identifying and resolving issues to maintain optimal operational efficiency across all training centre locations.
Install, configure, test and administer network hardware, software applications, servers, workstations and peripheral devices to support business and training requirements.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to staff, trainers and students, resolving hardware, software, network and system-related issues in a timely manner.
Evaluate existing ICT systems and recommend improvements to network architecture, cybersecurity measures, hardware configurations and operational processes.
Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, data backups and security monitoring to ensure the integrity, availability and protection of organisational information systems.
Maintain and support wireless and wired network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, internet connectivity and cloud-based services.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, system inventories, maintenance records and reports relating to network performance, faults and system enhancements.
Collaborate with management and external service providers to implement new technologies, system upgrades and digital solutions that improve business efficiency and student service delivery.
Develop and deliver ICT training and user guidance materials for staff and students, promoting effective use of organisational systems, software applications and cybersecurity best practices.

Pay: $61,394.58 – $113,676.58 per year
