Due to continued and exciting business growth, Integrate Rehab is seeking a fulltime Report Writer to join our team in Queensland. As a Report Writer, you will be responsible for producing comprehensive and accurate reports that support the organisation's critical administrative functions.
What you'll be doing
- Gathering, analysing and compiling evidence from various sources to generate detailed and accurate reports
- Collaborating with clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver high-quality outputs
- Ensuring reports adhere to company standards and formatting guidelines
- Finalising reports to ensure costings for services are accurate and consistent with content
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes and systems whilst maintaining and refining reporting templates
- Maintaining meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all report generation activities
- Reviewing documentation prepared by allied health professionals against quality controls, including internal consistency and compliance with legal procedural requirements
- Performing other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
What we're looking for
- Strong proficiency in reading and analysing medical and allied health documentation
- Excellent written communication and report writing skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders
- Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to deliver high-quality outputs
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat
- Demonstrated experience in medical or allied health reporting
- Strong editing and proofreading skills
- Strong numerical and analytical ability
- Experience working with financial data, calculations or costing processes
- A proactive and reliable work ethic
