Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, integrate and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Support existing applications, troubleshoot defects and deliver new functionality.
- Work as part of a product-based team across multiple projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate effectively with Business Analysts, Architects, Developers and Testers.
- Identify and escalate technical issues to Development Leads or Team Managers with clear and concise communication.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in software quality, development practices and delivery speed.
- Participate in Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid delivery environments.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant software development experience.
- Strong contemporary knowledge and practical application of software design and development.
- Strong experience in Java backend development.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Database and PL/SQL.
- Experience with J2EE / Java EE web development.
- Experience with modern front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, Vue.js and/or React.
- Experience with Node.js or C# will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated experience implementing and supporting complex enterprise solutions.
- Experience working within high-performance, collaborative development teams.
- Experience with modern CI/CD tools, such as:
- Azure DevOps
- Jenkins
- Bamboo
- Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- A continuous-improvement mindset with a focus on quality and delivery efficiency.

Pay: From $120,000.00 per year
