Allure Bathware is an Australian-owned supplier of premium vanities, bathtubs, basins, toilets, mirrors and shaving cabinets. We work directly with builders, construction companies, Architects and interior designers to supply their projects.
We're building our outbound sales team and looking for driven people to grow with us from the ground up.
The Role
You'll be reaching out to potential clients that have been awarded new projects, getting in front of the right people, understanding what they need, and locking in Allure as their bathware supplier. Then maintaining relationships with your clients to secure recurring orders on future projects
You'll be on the phone daily building relationships with Australia's leading developer's and builders.
This Role has uncapped earning potential
OTE: $6,000 - $15,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound dials to warm leads as well as cold outreach
- Qualify projects, understand procurement needs, and secure quotes
- Follow up with clients daily
- Maintain client relationships for repeat business across future projects
- Keep your pipeline updated in the CRM daily
What We're Looking For
- Experience in outbound or B2B sales
- Comfortable making high volumes of calls
- Organized with follow up — you don't let leads go cold
- Construction or trade industry background is a bonus, not a requirement
Pay: $6,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month
