We are busy Medical Centres located in Mount Annan and Harrington Park looking for experienced Registered Nurses to work in our Treatment room.
Essential Criteria
- Current First aid and CPR certificate
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Experience with immunisations, travel vaccinations, venepuncture, wound care, ear syringing, ECG, spirometry and emergency treatments is preferred .
- Previous experience within a treatment room or medical centre setting is preferred.
- Candidates with no previous experience can also apply. Shadowing with our experienced nurses option available.
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer focus.
- Excellent writing and general computer skills.
- Experience in Medical Director & Pracsoft
Other required skills and attributes:
- Previous experience assisting in minor surgical procedures
- Knowledge of catch-up immunisation schedules
- Understanding of infection control
- Understanding of Cold Chain procedures
- Highly professional, shows strong initiative and organisational skills
- Energetic person with positive outlook, excellent ability to multitask
- Well presented, friendly, flexible and efficient, enjoys working in team
- Administration support and other ad hoc duties.
- Treatment room supplies order & stock maintain.
