About the Position
We're excited to welcome a full-time Administration Officer to our Gold Coast Intensive Family Support (IFS) team. In this vital role, you'll help keep our services running smoothly by providing high-quality administrative and reception support to programs that make a real difference in the lives of children, young people and families. As the friendly face and organised backbone of the office, you'll play an important part in supporting both our teams and the communities we serve.
- Level 3 SCHCADS Award.
- Salary range: $80,009 - $85,799 + Superannuation.
- Full-time, Government funded opportunity until 31 December 2027 with possible extension.
- Enjoy consistent weekday hours, working 9:00am to 5:00pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the welcoming first point of contact by providing professional reception and customer service support to clients, visitors and stakeholders.
- Keep operations running smoothly through efficient administration, record management, correspondence and office coordination.
- Support our teams to succeed by providing high-quality administrative assistance across multiple programs and services.
- Help drive organisational excellence by coordinating financial administration, maintaining systems and supporting service delivery outcomes.

About You
- Cert III in Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least two (2) years’ experience providing administrative support to a busy office, preferably in the human services industry.
- Eligibility to work in Australia (proof of eligibility required), including holding or obtaining required checks (Working with Children Check or professional exemption).
- Current driver’s licence.
