Job Description

Deliver excellent customer service to major accounts in branch, by phone, and via email, building and maintaining strong long-term relationships

Support sales activity on key projects and major accounts, identifying new leads and growth opportunities within the lighting and electrical sectors

Manage major account orders and projects, ensuring accurate processing, timely delivery, and comprehensive project documentation
-
Maintain current product knowledge specific to lighting and electrical solutions, providing expert guidance to customers and internal teams
-
Support day-to-day branch operations including internal sales and project-based work
-
Coordinate with colleagues on project timelines and deliverables, ensuring seamless execution of major account initiatives
-
Work collaboratively across teams to support branch growth and enhance operational efficiency on all accounts and projects
Qualifications

Strong customer service focus and good communication skills

Experience in the lighting or electrical wholesale industries
-
Basic numeracy and attention to detail
-
Team player with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
-
Previous retail, trade counter or customer-facing experience a plus
