About the role
Our Employment, Safety and People team have an exciting new opportunity for a Lawyer with approximately 3-5 years' experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large and collaborative team which works across the full spectrum of employment, IR and safety matters. In this role, you will work closely with all Partners in the group on a broad range of matters, including workplace relations, discrimination, general protections claims and employment contracts. You will support clients predominately within the private sector, in conducting due diligence and navigating restructures, compliance obligations and complex workplace issues.

About you
You will have approximately 3–5 years’ experience in an employment/workplace relations practice. You are a team player dedicated to helping our clients meet their objectives. Furthermore, you will have:
- strong attention to detail;
- excellent analytical and drafting skills;
- excellent communication skills; and
- a passion for employment and workplace relations law.
