JOB Description:
Project: Development and commissioning of plant control system based on PCS7 Batch.
- Optimisation of the existing PCS7 control system and PCS7 Batch processes, along with validation of cybersecurity compliance in line with current standards.
- To work closely with the plant’s operations and maintenance teams to review and optimise existing PCS7 control strategies, fine-tune process parameters, validate cyber security compliance and implement advanced automation solutions such as PCS7 Batch, loop optimisation, alarm rationalisation, and performance monitoring.
- Support troubleshooting activities, reduce downtime through proactive diagnostics, and help establish best practices in control system management.
- Conduct training for the client.
Essential Skills: Siemens PCS7 (expert level), PCS7 batch (expert level), expert-level programming of Rockwell system, Siemens WINCC SCADA programming, APL library knowledge, ASI and Profinet networking skills, Local motor starter programming, electro-mechanical design skills and expert knowledge of F&B industry best practices.
Experience: 5-10 years of experience in Industrial Automation in F&B Industry.
Salary: $ 73000 to $ 108000 per Year
