Heritage Lounge is a cocktail lounge and rare spirits destination housed in a Circa 1928 former Bank of New South Wales building in the heart of Parramatta. Part of The Heritage Precinct — alongside Oribu (AGFG Chef-Hatted Japanese restaurant) and Le Cheval (premium Cuban cigar lounge) — we offer guests a genuinely elevated experience built on craftsmanship, story, and substance.
THE ROLE We're looking for a skilled bartender to join the Heritage Lounge team. We have flexibility on hours — casual, part-time, and full-time arrangements are all on the table depending on the right fit. You'll be behind the stick crafting cocktails, pouring rare spirits, and delivering a warm, knowledgeable experience to every guest.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Craft and serve cocktails from our Libation Treasury menu with precision and flair
- Guide guests through our curated selection of rare spirits, wine, and sake
- Deliver warm, confident, and genuine hospitality to every guest
- Maintain bar standards, cleanliness, and stock management
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum 2 years' bartending experience in a premium or cocktail bar setting
- Solid knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
- Interest or experience in rare spirits, whisky, wine, or sake is highly regarded
- Current RSA certification (NSW)
- Professional, well-presented, and genuinely warm with guests
- Available to work evenings and weekends

Pay: $24.95 – $45.24 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Parramatta NSW 2150: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Bartending: 2 years (Preferred)
