Concrete Resurfacing Labourer
About the Role
Nupave is looking for a reliable and motivated Concrete Resurfacing Labourer to join our team.
This is a hands-on role working across concrete resurfacing, repairs, coatings and surface preparation. You don’t need to know everything from day one — we’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, good attention to detail and a willingness to learn the trade.
You’ll work alongside experienced team members and be trained in a range of concrete resurfacing and repair systems.
Key Duties
Your day-to-day work will include:
- Concrete grinding and surface preparation
- Preparing concrete for resurfacing, coatings and sealing
- Learning and applying decorative concrete resurfacing systems
- Applying epoxy flooring and coating systems
- Concrete crack repairs and minor concrete repairs
- Applying concrete sealers and protective coatings
- High-pressure cleaning and general surface preparation
- Mixing and applying resurfacing and repair products
- Using hand tools, grinders and other surface preparation equipment
- Masking, protecting and preparing surrounding areas before works
- Cleaning tools, equipment and job sites
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Assisting experienced installers with all stages of resurfacing projects
- Following safe work procedures and keeping work areas clean and organised

- Comfortable working outdoors and on different job sites
- Takes pride in producing quality work
Previous experience in concreting, construction, painting, flooring, epoxy, landscaping or similar trades would be an advantage, but training can be provided to the right person.

- Current driver’s licence
- Reliable transport
- White Card
- Ability to perform physical labour
- Willingness to travel to job sites across Melbourne
- Ability to start early when required

Pay: $29.10 – $40.00 per hour
