We’re looking for a Senior Health, Safety & Wellbeing (HSW) Advisor to play a key role in shaping and delivering our HSW strategy, combining big-picture thinking with hands-on impact.
The opportunity
This is a true end-to-end advisory role, where you’ll partner with leaders across the organisation to drive a proactive, contemporary approach to health, safety and wellbeing.
You’ll:

Lead and support incident investigations, risk management and governance

Drive initiatives across physical and psychosocial safety

Provide expert, practical advice to leaders and employees

Partner on injury management and return-to-work outcomes

Use data and insights to uplift organisational HSW maturity
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys influencing at a senior level, while also rolling up their sleeves to deliver meaningful, on-the-ground improvements.
This role is a permanent role that can be either full time or part-time (minimum 4 days a week).
Qualifications
What you’ll bring
You’re a confident and pragmatic HSW professional who can balance strategy, compliance and care.
You’ll come with:

Strong experience across health, safety and wellbeing advisory, ideally in a complex organisation

Deep knowledge of HSW legislation, risk management and incident frameworks

Proven experience managing workers’ compensation and injury cases

A passion for psychological safety and employee wellbeing
-
The ability to engage, influence and build trust with senior leaders
-
A proactive, hands-on mindset with strong attention to detail
Experience in financial or legal environments, and RTW accreditation, will be highly regarded.
