About the role:
We’re looking for an experienced (2 years at least )and passionate Barista to join our friendly team. The ideal candidate loves coffee, works well under pressure, and takes pride in delivering consistent quality and great customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve espresso-based coffee and other beverages to a high standard
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation throughout service
- Assist with general café duties such as taking orders, serving customers, and restocking
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of barista experience
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and milk texturing
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual, reliable, and positive attitude
- Availability on weekends is a plus
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
