What your day could look like
As a Graduate Physiotherapist, you'll help people regain movement, independence and confidence while building your own professional skills in a supportive clinical environment. From delivering care across varied patient groups to learning from experienced clinicians and multidisciplinary colleagues, you'll contribute to positive outcomes that make a real difference for patients and communities.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
Delivering evidence-based physiotherapy services that support safe, effective and person-centred care.
Working closely with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful health outcomes.
Managing a diverse caseload while building clinical judgement, prioritisation and professional confidence.
Contributing to service improvement, quality initiatives and learning opportunities that strengthen patient care.
Let's talk about you!
You're a compassionate and motivated clinician who is eager to learn, grow and make a difference. You value collaboration, welcome feedback and bring integrity, courage and professionalism to everything you do. You're driven by those rewarding moments when your support helps someone move more freely, regain independence or return to the activities that matter most to them. More than starting a profession, you're building a career dedicated to improving lives while continually developing your clinical expertise.
Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Eligibility for professional registration as a Physiotherapist and a recognised physiotherapy qualification.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with patients, families and colleagues.
A commitment to evidence-based practice, ongoing learning and professional development.
Well-developed organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a busy clinical setting.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience across a variety of clinical placement settings and/or a strong understanding of regional healthcare delivery.
Above all, you'll bring compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage, helping create positive experiences and outcomes for every patient you support.
