About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Desktop & Network Support Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will provide onsite and remote IT support to clients, troubleshoot desktop and network issues, and assist with IT infrastructure deployments.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Provide Level 1 & Level 2 desktop support to end users
✅ Install, configure, and troubleshoot:
- Windows 10/11 operating systems
- Microsoft Office 365
- Printers and scanners
- Desktop PCs, laptops, and mobile devices
✅ Manage and support:
- Active Directory
- Group Policies
- User accounts and permissions
- File and print services
✅ Network Support:
- Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and wireless access points
- Diagnose LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity issues
- Support VPN and remote access solutions
- Network cabling and patching
✅ Server Support:
- Basic Windows Server administration
- Backup monitoring and troubleshooting
- Server health checks
✅ Hardware Support:
- PC and laptop upgrades
- SSD and memory installations
- Hardware diagnostics and repairs
✅ Deployment Projects:
- Computer rollouts and migrations
- Wireless network deployments
- IT infrastructure installations
✅ Documentation:
- Maintain service tickets and technical documentation
- Prepare installation and support reports
Pay: From $49,900.00 per year
