Artin Toys Australia is looking for a reliable, energetic and hands-on Sales & Warehouse Assistant to join our Sydney team.
We are looking for someone who is confident dealing with customers, has strong communication and sales skills, and is also practical and comfortable assisting with the physical and technical aspects of our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting customers and providing friendly, professional service
- Understanding customers’ needs and recommending suitable products
- Demonstrating products and explaining their features
- Handling customer enquiries in person and over the phone
- Assisting with sales and day-to-day store operations
- Receiving, organising and moving stock and product boxes
- Helping with basic product assembly, testing and troubleshooting
- Keeping the showroom and stock areas organised and presentable
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will be:
- Confident, friendly and comfortable communicating with customers
- A capable salesperson with good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Practical and technically minded, with the ability to understand how products work
- Physically capable of safely lifting and moving product boxes
- Reliable, responsible and punctual
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team
- Professional and experienced in dealing with customers
- Previous experience in retail, sales, technical products, toys, electronics or similar environments is highly regarded
- Good spoken English is essential
Pay
$30 per hour
Tax and superannuation will be handled in accordance with Australian employment requirements.
