As our Early Childhood Teacher, you will:
- Lead and guide learning within our Kindergarten Program
- Foster children's curiosity, creativity and confidence through play-based learning
- Design, implement and evaluate engaging educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
- Build strong partnerships with families and the local community
- Mentor and support educators within your room
- Contribute to achieving and maintaining high standards in line with the National Quality Framework
- Inspire a lifelong love of learning in every child
We're looking for someone who is passionate about early education and committed to making a difference every day.
You will have:
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Current Teacher Registration (where applicable)
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain
- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS and contemporary teaching practices
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential
