We are currently seeking a passionate, qualified educator to join our dedicated team.
About the Role In this role, you will work alongside experienced educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care. You will actively engage children in meaningful play-based learning, support daily routines, and contribute to a secure environment where every child feels valued and respected.
What We Are Looking For:
- Qualifications: A completed Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively studying toward it).
- Pedagogical Practice: An understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Child Safety: A deep commitment to child safety, active supervision, and maintaining child-safe environments.
- Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, basic digital literacy for documentation, and a positive, collaborative team-player mindset.
- Creative Flair: Skills in music, singing, storytelling, or creative arts are highly valued to enrich our daily program and stimulate children's developmental milestones.
