Position Overview
As a People and Culture Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing expert HR guidance across recruitment, performance, workplace relations and employee engagement, while partnering with the business to deliver people strategies that support growth and high performance.
What you’ll be Doing

Partnering with managers to deliver strategic and operational People & Culture support
- Coaching and advising leaders to strengthen capability, performance and team effectiveness
- Managing complex workplace matters and investigations in line with employment legislation
- Leading onboarding, retention, succession and engagement initiatives to enhance the employee experience
- Driving governance and compliance through policy development, training and best practice advice
- Supporting strategic WHS and learning and leadership development initiatives
What you’ll Bring

Strong generalist HR experience, ideally in a multi-site or operational environment
- Demonstrated experience managing complex employee relations matters
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to think strategically and apply sound judgment to complex HR issues
- Experience coaching and mentoring managers on effective leadership practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
