WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Run the day to day admin across both studios and the wider business.
2. Hunt down repetitive tasks and build systems that kill them.
3. Build MULTI-AGENTIC AI workflows. Teams of AI agents that do the work while you sleep.
4. Run our stack: Claude, Manus, Granola, Notion, Vercel, Supabase, Resend, and Telegram.
5. Turn messy processes into clean systems the whole team can run.
You will not be buried in admin. You will build the machine that deletes it.
WHO YOU ARE
1. You live fitness. You train. You care about changing bodies and lives. This is non negotiable.
2. Obsessed with AI. You already BUILD (or are eager to) with tools like Claude and Manus, not just chat with them.
3. Organised to the bone. Nothing slips through.
4. A self starter. You learn it yourself before you ask.
5. Reliable. Casual hours, full ownership. If you overperform, you can build your entire career on this forever.

THE DEAL
Type: Casual. Flexible hours. Can be transitioned in part-time or full-time in the future.
Where: Hybrid. Across our Sydney studios and remote.
Pay: $28 to $45 per hour, casual, based on skills and experience.
Upside: This seat grows as we grow. The plan is 10 companies in 10 years. Get in early.

THE PROCESS
Three steps.
1. First interview: A FITNESS TEST, plus the full picture of the day to day role and your long term career path here.
2. Second interview: a 30 minute live AI build task. Wire up a real automation in front of us.
3. Third interview: a one on one questionnaire and the final decision.
