We're Hiring | Spa Receptionist
Q1 Day Spa is looking for an experienced Spa Receptionist to join our luxury wellness team on the Gold Coast.
We are seeking someone who is warm, professional, organised, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Previous experience working in a spa or day spa environment is highly preferred, as you'll understand the pace, attention to detail, and level of care expected in a premium guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests and providing outstanding customer service
- Managing bookings, phone calls and emails
- Processing payments and retail sales
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the spa
- Creating a seamless five-star experience for every guest
What we're looking for:
- Previous reception experience in a spa or day spa (preferred)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
- Confidence using booking systems and computers
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Weekend availability
