We are looking for a reliable, qualified Welder/Fabricator to join our busy fabrication workshop. You will be responsible for interpreting drawings, cutting, folding, and assembling structural and custom metalwork using MIG and TIG.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret engineering blueprints and project specifications.
- Operate fabrication machinery (guillotines, press brakes, grinders).
- Perform high-quality TIG and MIG welding on steel, stainless, and aluminum.
- Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment.
Requirements:
- Trade Certificate (Cert III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade or equivalent).
- Proven experience in heavy and light fabrication.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Current Driver’s License (reliable transport to Kelso).
Pay: $35.00 – $50.00 per hour
