IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Supervisor (Subcontractor)

Refined Exterior Solutions is a growing exterior cleaning and property maintenance company looking for an experienced IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Supervisor to join our team on a subcontract basis.
We have upcoming commercial projects across South East Queensland and are looking for a safety-focused professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and leading teams on site.
Responsibilities
● Supervise and manage rope access operations in accordance with IRATA procedures.
● Ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
● Conduct pre-starts, risk assessments and rescue planning.
● Lead and support rope access technicians on site.
● Liaise professionally with clients and site representatives.
● Complete site documentation and safety paperwork.
● Maintain a high standard of workmanship and professionalism.
Types of Work
● High-rise window cleaning.
● Building façade cleaning.
● Pressure cleaning and soft washing.
● Concrete and exterior building maintenance.
● Caulking and sealant replacement.
● Other rope access maintenance tasks as required.
Essential Requirements
● Current IRATA Level 3 certification.
● Current White Card.
● Working at Heights certification.
● Current First Aid Certificate.
● Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.
● Strong knowledge of Australian WHS requirements.
● Excellent communication and leadership skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable
● Experience with commercial window cleaning.
● Experience in pressure cleaning or building maintenance.
● Experience supervising rope access crews.
● EWP licence (advantageous).
● High Risk Work Licence (advantageous).
