The Role
Casual & Part-time positions available
Friday & Saturday night availability - Essential
November - December available - Essential
Responsibilities
- Setting up and preparing service areas
- Running food and beverages
- Providing warm, attentive customer service
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
- Packing down at the end of service
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
About You
- Calm, friendly, and reliable
- A positive, can-do attitude
- A genuine interest in Melbourne’s dining and wine scene
- Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Experience in hospitality is preferred
- Familiarity with modern European or Italian cuisine is advantageous
