About the Role
As an Assistant Venue Manager at our Bondi Junction store, you’ll support the Venue Leader in running the day to day operations, helping to lead and inspire your team while ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience. You’ll bring energy, organisation, and positivity to the venue, helping make it a place your team loves to work and your customers love to visit.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the Venue Leader in delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Assist in leading, developing, and motivating the team
- Help maintain excellence in service, quality, safety, and presentation
- Assist with labour, stock, and operational management
- Support recruitment, training, and retention of team members
- Help build local connections and drive community engagement
Who We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in hospitality or retail, ideally in a leadership role
- Confident supporting operational and financial performance (labour, stock, budgets)
- Passionate about coaching and developing teams
- Energetic, hands-on, and people-first in your leadership style
- Must have full working rights in Australia / be an Australian citizen
- Ready to grow with Yo-Chi
