Registered Nurse (RN) – NDIS Disability Services
Narra Connect Pty Ltd is a growing, values-driven NDIS provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care across Victoria. We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team.
About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in supporting NDIS participants with complex health needs while providing clinical leadership and guidance to our support workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Complete comprehensive nursing assessments.
Develop, implement, and review clinical care plans.
Conduct medication management and clinical reviews.
Provide training and clinical support to Disability Support Workers.
Monitor participants with complex health needs.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes.
Liaise with participants, families, allied health professionals, GPs, hospitals, and Support Coordinators.
Ensure services comply with NDIS Practice Standards and clinical best practice.
Essential Requirements
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
Current National Police Check.
NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
Current First Aid and CPR.
Current Victorian Driver Licence and reliable vehicle.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Desirable
Experience in disability, community nursing, or aged care.
Experience supporting participants with high-intensity supports, including PEG feeding, medication administration, epilepsy/seizure management, diabetes management, wound care, and complex care.
Knowledge of the NDIS Practice Standards and Quality & Safeguards Commission requirements.
