Café All-Rounder – Coffee on Miller (North Sydney NSW)
Coffee on Miller is looking for a reliable and confident Customer Service / Café All-Rounder to join our team in North Sydney.
This role is focused on front-of-house service, taking customer orders, handling POS, and warming food during busy service periods. Strong English communication skills and the ability to multitask are essential.
We are a busy specialty coffee café serving ONA coffee, pastries, toasties, burek, pide, and takeaway items.
About the role:
- Monday to Friday only – no weekends
- Approx. 15–25 hours per week, right candidate can negotiate
- Morning shifts starting from 6:30am
- Consistent weekly roster
- Immediate start available
Key responsibilities:
- Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handling Square POS and cash payments
- Warming and preparing food items such as burek, pide, pastries, and toasties
- Multitasking during busy periods while maintaining good customer service
- Keeping the front counter and food area clean and organised
- Supporting the barista team when needed
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Previous customer service or café experience
- Ability to work quickly and stay organised under pressure
- Confident taking orders and interacting with customers
- Reliable, punctual, and well presented
- Barista experience is a bonus, but not essential
