About the Role
As a Senior Business Analyst , you will support a major transformation program to consolidate multiple residential care systems into a single, integrated platform. This initiative will enable a consistent clinical care model across 88 homes, improving efficiency, compliance and resident outcomes.
You will lead business analysis across the design and delivery phases, working closely with architects, technical teams and vendors to define requirements and align solutions across clinical, operational, data and integration domains.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation
- Mapping current and future state processes to support a standardised operating model
- Translating business needs into functional and solution design artefacts
- Supporting data migration, integration and reporting uplift
- Engaging stakeholders across clinical, operational and corporate teams
- Supporting testing, business readiness and change adoption
About You
You are an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong track record delivering large-scale transformation programs in complex environments.
You bring:
- 8+ years’ BA experience across enterprise or system replacement programs
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping and solution alignment
- Experience working across business, technology and data domains
- Proven stakeholder engagement and facilitation capability
- Strong analytical thinking and a structured documentation approach
Highly regarded:
- Experience in aged care, health or regulated environments
- Exposure to data migration, integration or vendor-led implementations
You are collaborative, detail-oriented and able to simplify complex problems to drive outcomes in multi-stream programs.
