Synergie Australia is seeking a Service Repair Clerk for a trusted client located in Carlton, NSW.
You'll be the key link between customers and the service team, ensuring the smooth coordination of repairs and service operations. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where organisation and communication are critical.
- Coordinating service and repair bookings, work orders, and timelines
- Acting as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates on repairs
- Liaising with technicians, warehouse staff, and internal teams
- Preparing and processing quotes, service paperwork, and documentation
- Managing warranty claims and assessing repair history
- Supporting inventory control, receipting, and warehouse processes
- Handling customer enquiries, complaints, and troubleshooting issues
- Providing administrative support to the service and repair team
- Previous experience in customer service, service coordination, or a similar role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Confident communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate computer skills and strong administrative ability
- Mechanical aptitude or exposure to service/repair environments (desirable)
