About the role:
A General Services Officer (GSO) plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents within an aged‑care facility. The position supports daily operations across cleaning, laundry, food services. GSOs contribute directly to resident wellbeing by ensuring high standards of hygiene, comfort, and service delivery.
