The Position:
Working from our dynamic reception area you are the first point of contact for members and their guests and provide a range of support services including:
- Meet & greet of clients and guests
- Telephone answering services
- Mail and courier handling
- Email communication
- System data input and updates
- Administration support
- IT support (basic)
- Facility Management support
- Café lounge service
- Meeting room services
- Keeping all areas and facilities neat & tidy at all times
You will be part of a small front line reception team at an allocated location, who collectively help us operate our business in Sydney to the highest standard.
The Right Person:
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and detail-oriented person to assist with the delivery of a seamless working experience for our members, by helping maintain our physical space and business services to the highest standard.
Our preferred candidate will be personable and well presented, some previous corporate experience is preferred but more importantly we are looking for someone with a keen interest to step up into this role and to continue to learn and grow.
