We are recruiting an Experienced Female Disability Support Worker with extensive experience supporting NDIS participants in Mount cole-3377 who present with anxiety and vision loss.
Applicants must be capable of working within a high‑responsibility environment where clinical awareness, delivered in line with established plans and best‑practice frameworks.
This role is suited only to Female workers who are experienced, confident, and skilled in Mental health, and who can maintain stability, safety, calmness and dignity in dynamic situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Care - showering, dressing, continence, meal assistance if needed
- Domestic Duties - light house duties such as dishes, changing and making bed, tidying up
- Transport - assisting with transport to and from activities Community Access - supporting the participant to access activities and experiences in the community
Essential Requirements:
- Current First Aid & CPR.
- Valid WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Full, unrestricted driver’s license.
- Reliable, roadworthy vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
- Strong clinical awareness, behavioral insight, and advanced communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm, analytical, and professional in unpredictable or high‑pressure environments.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience:
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Disability, Community Services, Mental Health, or related field.
Pay: $36.81 – $38.00 per hour
