About You
You are an experienced hospitality leader who understands that exceptional restaurants are built by exceptional people.
You thrive in premium dining environments where every detail matters. You balance commercial performance with genuine hospitality, developing high-performing teams that consistently deliver memorable guest experiences.
You're equally comfortable leading a busy Saturday night service, coaching emerging leaders, building strong financial performance and creating a culture where people genuinely want to come to work.
You'll bring:
- Proven success as a General Manager, Venue Manager or senior hospitality leader within premium restaurants or luxury hospitality.
- Strong commercial capability with demonstrated success managing revenue, labour, costs and profitability.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a genuine passion for coaching, mentoring and developing future leaders.
- A sophisticated understanding of premium food, beverage and guest experience.
- Experience leading high-performing teams through service excellence and operational discipline.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A collaborative leadership style with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Current RSA certification.
