General Dentist — High earning potential, Busy Practice, 2+ Years Experience (Regional Victoria Mildura)
Mildura Family Dental is seeking a motivated general dentist with at least 2 years' clinical experience to join our team on a 4-day-a-week basis, starting August 2026. We are a busy, leading practice in Mildura with over 300 Google reviews, known for a comprehensive treatment philosophy. This role is especially well suited to someone tired of being in metropolitan practices with low patient flow, and who wants a genuinely full diary and the chance to build serious billings.
Following the owner's transition out of clinical practice to focus on business growth, we're building out our clinical team with associates who are strong team players and genuinely driven to grow their skills, billings and reputation.
Position Details:
Start date: August 2026
Schedule: 4 consecutive days per week, practice open 8am to 9pm
Remuneration: Up to 42% commission for the right candidate
Clinical support: Work alongside an on-site periodontist, with access to a visiting periodontist for mentoring and case collaboration
Front of house: Highly trained reception team dedicated to keeping your column full, managing recalls, and handling patient communication
Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate
Relocation allowance provided
Who We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years' clinical experience as a general dentist, confident working independently across a broad scope of general dentistry. Motivated to learn and grow, not necessarily senior, but driven to develop clinically and professionally.
Strong team player who contributes to a positive, collaborative clinical culture.
Equally motivated to deliver excellent comprehensive dentistry and to build billings and grow financially.
Someone seeking genuine patient flow and a busy diary, not another quiet metro chair.
Interest in developing surgical or periodontal skills is highly regarded - mentorship available via our visiting periodontist
Current AHPRA registration (or eligibility) and right to work in Australia, or eligibility for sponsorship
