ALTINA Drinks is an innovative leader in the non-alcoholic wine industry, crafting premium de-alcoholized wines and wine alternatives. From our Fyshwick warehouse, we dispatch our wines to ecommerce customers, wholesale partners and retailers across Australia.
We are looking for reliable Casual Warehouse Assistants to join our warehouse team.
About the role
This is a hands-on casual warehouse role supporting safe, accurate and efficient fulfilment. Casual shifts may range from 4 hours up to a standard full-time day, depending on warehouse workload and operational requirements.
To be considered, you must be available on a Monday, plus at least one other weekday (Thurs/Fri preferred).
What you will be doing
- Pick, pack, validate and prepare ecommerce and wholesale orders for dispatch.
- Carry out kitting and bundle assembly, including promotional packs and custom order bundles.
- Use warehouse systems, scanners and terminals for order processing, packing validation and shipping labels.
- Receive deliveries and check inbound stock against delivery dockets and accompanying paperwork.
- Sign for supplier deliveries where required and escalate discrepancies, damage or shortages.
- Unload, inspect, label, store and move stock within the warehouse.
- Support ecommerce fulfilment and wholesale stock movements.
- Assist with stock counts, stocktakes and cycle counts as directed.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, presentation and safe work practices.
What we are looking for
We are looking for casual team members who are reliable, careful and available when they commit to a shift. Warehouse, fulfilment, stockroom, production, retail back-of-house or logistics experience will be highly regarded.

- Care with repetitive tasks.
- Willingness to follow instructions and standard processes.
- Good communication and teamwork.
- A safe and practical approach to warehouse work.
- Flexibility during busy periods.
Forklift licence
A current forklift licence is valued but not essential. Candidates with a current forklift licence, strong warehouse experience, strong availability and strong references may be considered for higher rates within the advertised range, or the opportunity for a full time position.
Physical requirements
This is an active warehouse role. You will need to be comfortable standing, walking, bending and moving throughout the warehouse during shifts. The role involves manual handling and moving stock safely. Individual cartons may weigh up to 20 kg.
