We're looking for an experienced Supply Chain Operations Supervisor to join our Supply Chain team and play a key role in keeping our operations running efficiently across Australia and New Zealand.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, 3PL partners and transport providers, you'll oversee the day-to-day execution of inbound and outbound operations, ensuring service levels are met, processes are optimised, and products move seamlessly from our distribution network to stores and customers.

What you'll do
- Oversee daily inbound and outbound supply chain operations across AU & NZ
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers, transport partners and key stakeholders
- Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and operational KPIs, identifying and resolving exceptions
- Reconcile daily activity between ERP, WMS and OMS systems
- Track forecasts against actual volumes to support operational planning
- Coordinate wholesale customer requirements and value-added services (VAS)
- Support the delivery of new store openings and store closures from a logistics perspective
- Act as the key escalation point for freight and transport-related issues
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service, efficiency and cost outcomes
- Prepare operational reporting and provide insights to support business planning
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations role
- Experience managing 3PL providers and freight carriers
- Strong understanding of warehouse, transport and fulfillment operations
- Experience with forecasting, reporting and KPI management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritise and perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience using ERP and WMS platforms, with AP21 experience highly regarded
