National Group are seeking an experienced Production Trainer Assessor to join our team at the CPM, Cape Preston TSF3 stage 1 construction
This role will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality operational training ensuring our production workforce meets all compliance, safety, and performance standards.
We have a modern and diverse mining fleet consisting of, excavators, Hitachi 3600/5600, Front Loaders, Komatsu WA1200s, CAT Dozers, D11R/T. Grader CAT 24M, Haul Trucks, Komatsu 830E-AC, CAT 793. FMS, Minestar
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, and maintain proficiency for operation of equipment.
- Undertake field observations for performance of personnel operating procedures.
- Stay up-to-date and skilled in your operations.
- Ensure compliance of training schedule and allocated training requirements.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in a similar role within a mine site environment.
- Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Proficient computer skills, experience with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated extensive experience in training and operating a variety of machinery including excavators, dozers, graders, loaders and haul trucks.
- Construction induction (white card)
- Be able to complete a mask fit test
- Proven commitment to positive team engagement
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Current W.A C class drivers’ licence
