This is a hands on role requiring flexibility to work across both kitchen and front-of-house operations. Applicants must have prior kitchen experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across front and back of house
- Lead and support team during service to ensure smooth operations
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle issues professionally
- Assist with opening/closing, cash handling, and shift coordination
- Train and supervise staff, maintaining performance standards
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and service consistency
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and WHS compliance
- Assist with stock control and ordering
- Step into both FOH and BOH roles as required
Skills & Requirements:
- 2+ years hospitality experience (Preferred but not essential)
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- RSA required
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Full- Time / Part-time employment Preferred
